Duties: He is responsible all services and activities at the Hosiery Technology Center at Randolph Community College including the development of courses, seminars, and workshops; manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities for assigned programs; recommend and administer policies and procedures; select, train, motivate, and evaluate subordinate personnel; provide or coordinate staff training. He is responsible for finding government procurement bidding opportunities for the hosiery industries as well as suppliers.
