Sock Petition for China Quota

We need your HELP! Join the DMC. Some of the
victories we have been involved in since Congress convened in
January of this year include: keeping the CBI language of the 2002
TPA bill from becoming retroactive to 2000, altering the
negotiations with Turkey with the Senators’ hold on the MTP, getting
the hosiery producers in North Carolina and Alabama an audience with
US Trade Negotiators and Commerce Officials, and quotas placed on
socks specific on these goods coming from Vietnam--the first ever
quota placed on a country for socks. There are many things coming in
the future that need our attention and our united efforts to
influence.
