Abrasion Testing Equipments
Abrasion Testing using STOLLOriginal abrasion tester. Can only test one sample at a time. Abrasive is placed on the abrading plate. The sample is abraded by the vertical or random motion of the sample. Click here for proposed test method
Abrasion Testing using Martindale
The Martindale can measure abrasion for up to 4 samples at a time. The sample is stationary. The abrasive is moved vertically or in random motion on the garment sample. Click here for proposed test method
Abrasion testing using Martindale ILE
Similar to the Martindale, the garment sample is stationary. The abrasive moves back and forth or randomly on the garment. The ILE can run up to 8 samples at a time. Click here for proposed test method
