Hosiery 101 & Hosiery 102 Registration for 2008


The Hosiery 101 and 102 courses are intended for all types of people involved with the Hosiery Industry: buyers, retailers, suppliers, schedulers, supervisors, quality control, personnel, designers, and new employees. Offered by the Hosiery Technology Center of NC, these two programs have been developed to serve retail buyers who want to have the knowledge to establish effective negotiations with vendors. The Hosiery 101 course will cover the basics of hosiery knitting while the Hosiery 102 will cover the dyeing, finishing, and testing quality of the manufacturing process.

To register, do the following TWO STEPS:

  1. Select Hosiery 101 & 102 Class Date and submit form online
  2. Fill out Registration Form (1 form per person), print it and sign it THEN fax (828-322-5455) the form(s) OR scan and email Linda York at the Hosiery Technology Center.

You may pay by Check, Visa, or Mastercard.  If you choose to pay by check, please make your check payable to: CVCC-HTC, and mail to Hosiery Tech Center, 2760 Highway 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602. You may call the number below for credit card payment.

* The fees must be paid in advance. Cancellation policy: There will be no refunds. If you are unable to attend, substitutions are acceptable.
