Open or Save Test Package Request Form in MS Office 2010

1. Click on the link: Test Request (Excel)
2. Either "Save" or "Open" from Pop-up
3. Once it is open or save, you may need to do the following (if your Test Package Request viewing page is split):
   1. click on "VIEW" tab
   2. Click on "Normal" view (which was default to "Page Layout" in Office 2010)
